At JSD Auto Parts, we aim to deliver your orders efficiently and transparently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Shipping Information

(Applies to both Domestic and International Buyers)

  • Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.

 

Domestic Buyers

  • Shipping Carriers: You can choose from USPS, FedEx, or UPS at checkout.

Returns & Warranty

  • We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for items that are unused and in their original condition.
  • All domestic purchases include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects.
  • Return shipping fees will be covered by us if the item is deemed defective.

International Buyers

  • Shipping Services: Shipping carriers and services are selected based on what will deliver most efficiently to your destination.

Returns, Refunds, and Restrictions

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable for any reason.
  • Returns: Returns are accepted, but buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees, regardless of the reason for return.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item arrives with a qualifying issue (e.g., damage during transit or manufacturer defects), we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Please contact us for further instructions.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, customs refusal, or failure to pick up, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. Shipping fees for the original shipment will not be refunded.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure.

  • Order Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customs and Duties: Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, fees, or taxes based on their country’s regulations. Please check your local customs policies before purchasing.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
